The Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin is launching a key investment to modernise and expand its infrastructure. The project includes the construction of a new clinical, teaching and research building along with technical infrastructure and further land development. The investment will be carried out under the "design and build" formula.
Completion in 33 months
The consortium will be responsible for the delivering design documentation and construction of the higher education building of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, the Center for Translational Medicine and Collegium Pharmaceuticum, along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development on Unia Lubelska Street in Szczecin. The buildings to be completed under the contract will have a net floor area of about 49,000 m2, which is equivalent to the area of more than seven football fields. The order will be completed within 33 months. The new facilities will be put into operation in the first half of 2026.
