Peaceful living with unobstructed views over the railway tracks.
During this project, PORR constructed 139 rental apartments in three apartment buildings with five to seven floors. The ground floors contain retail spaces and commercial areas as well as a restaurant with bar and terrace.
The entire complex is constructed in accordance with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)'s gold standard of sustainability, administered in Switzerland by the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI).
The Minergie-P energy rating and threshold value 2 for grey energy (Minergie-Eco) have been achieved, as set out in the design plan.
Tenants do not only enjoy the comfort of modern apartments: they also benefit from close proximity to the railway station.
Behind the brick facade flats on the higher floors offer a marvelous view over the railway tracks of Zurich main station.
