This retirement home with a surface area of around 1,446m2 has three upper floors. The ground floor contains a lobby with the reception and a restaurant as well as the administration and technical annexes.
The first and second upper floors are designed for long-term residency. They consist of two- and three-bedroom units, each equipped with its own bathroom facilities. Each floor includes a recreation room and duty rooms for nursing staff. The third floor is used for short stays, such as rehabilitation periods.
The foundations were laid in a combined system of large-diameter piles - DN 600 and DN 800. The load-bearing construction of the roof consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete construction.
