Travelling safely on Austria's roads.
PORR Umwelttechnik GmbH works in the transportation sector via its subsidiaries Koller Transporte-Kies-Erdbau GmbH and PKM-Muldenzentrale GmbH. It offers its clients professional solutions for the transportation and disposal of bulk goods such as soil, gravel and other construction materials, up to and including building rubble.
Environmentally friendly fleet and modern fleet management.
With the aid of its comprehensively equipped and versatile fleet of around 60 lorries, Koller GmbH transports all kinds of bulk goods. Whether it's a three-axle lorry with a two-way tipper, or a five-part articulated lorry with a three-way tipper and a half-pipe dump body - the company's modern fleet provides the right type of lorry for every order.
In addition, Koller's longstanding expertise and modern fleet management guarantee flexibility in scheduling, thereby increasing order capacity while minimising fuel consumption. Maintenance contracts and a fully equipped workshop ensure uninterrupted operational readiness.
All new vehicles purchased by Koller are subject to the highest respective emissions norms, which means that over 95 % of the company's vehicles already comply with EEV and EURO-6.
Let us worry about disposal.
As a subsidiary of PORR Umwelttechnik GmbH, PKM-Muldenzentrale GmbH provides skips and containers to remove waste from construction sites and clearances. The company is also active in the fields of civil engineering and the delivery of sand and crushed stone in specialised vehicles.
PKM-Muldenzentrale is equipped with around 3,500 skips and containers in a variety of sizes. These also include special categories such as liquid-proof specialised skips for removing excavated material for diaphragm walls (with platform) and grouting reflux (without a platform), and type S7 crane skips. With the company's own specialist vehicles and its partner company fleets, PKM have up to 45 lorries and 10 trailers at their disposal. These transport around 50,000 full skips and containers per year.
Since 2015, the company has the most modern fleet management system in Austria. All orders are processed almost entirely without using paper. Moreover, they are equipped with a bidirectional order communication system, GPS-supported satellite location, container management with GPS positioning, digital signatures, delivery papers sent via email, scales with fully automatic controls, a gateway function and photo-documentation, driver timesheets and, last but not least, integrated contribution margin calculation.
The accepted waste materials, such as construction waste, wood and industrial waste, are reloaded and treated in the company's three sorting and treatment plants on the 40,000 m2 premises.
The company also provides a "collection island" for large-scale construction works. Containers for all waste categories are supplied at the required volume capacities. Waste collection, the logistics of transportation from the collection island and individual invoicing for the respective companies are implemented directly by PKM-Muldenzentrale.
In July 2016, an online shop for waste containers for the most common types of waste was created for private customers. The type of waste and the required container can be selected directly in the online shop. Order confirmations and all further information are sent via email.
