Old industrial construction shines in new splendour
The revitalisation of two post-industrial halls and the construction of a new quarter from 2014 to 2015 created a modern commercial and business centre including comprehensive technical infrastructure and attractive outside facilities in Warsaw’s Wawer district.
The two old, single-storey building parts with a total floor space of 4,190m² thereby served as open-space arcades with retail and service premises as well as restaurants leading to the four-storey, approx. 18,000m² new construction.
Apart from retail outlets, they also house gyms, bowling alleys and a medical centre. Every storey of the new construction furthermore offers freely accessible sanitary and auxiliary rooms. An underground car park offers ample space for the cars of visitors to FERIO Wawer.
Das Einkaufszentrum bildet eine gelungene Verbindung aus Alt und Neu.
