From the platform straight into the office.
Project with 12,300m² for service areas across nine floors, plus 2,450m² of restaurant and retail space on the ground and first floors. Both basement floors will be used for parking, building equipment and auxiliary space.
The project's sustainable construction methods have earned the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)'s platinum label administered by the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI).
