Hard Turm Park

PORR constructed a seven-storey high-rise for the Hard Turm Park project. From the ground to the fourth floor of this multi-purpose building, extending along the Pfingstweidstrasse, include service areas totalling 5,825m2. The remaining sections of the building contain 98 rental apartments with a total area of 11,225m². The 6,300m² underground parking area provides space for 154 private vehicles. The apartments are designed with a view to comfortable living, laid out around an inner courtyard into which the entrance leads. 

There is also a stainless steel outdoor pool on the roof. The spacious grounds cover around 5,620m².

The project is Minergie-certified.
