After demolishing three old asbestos-contaminated buildings, PORR completed the construction of these three apartment buildings in just 18 months. The eight freehold apartments, 20 rental apartments and underground parking garage are all Minergie certified.

The three apartment buildings are situated next to allotment gardens and yet, at the same time, are well connected to Zurich city centre.
