There is a Group Executive Board at the head of PORR: Karl-Heinz Strauss as CEO and major shareholder in a syndicate with IGO Industries, Klemens Eiter as CFO, Claude-Patrick Jeutter and Jürgen Raschendorfer as COO. Their comprehensive expertise and competencies in the fields of economics, financing and construction are what makes our Board a powerful team, while their forward-looking ideas ensure stability and continuity.

Born 1960, married, one son, one daughter.

After graduating from the technical college of civil engineering, Karl-Heinz Strauss studied at Harvard University, at the Management Business School in St. Gallen and received his MBA from the IMADEC University in Vienna. Until 2000, he held various positions at Raiffeisen Zentralbank – including in the construction and real-estate divisions. He then founded Strauss & Partner Immobilien GmbH, whose best-known projects include the EURO PLAZA office park in Vienna. He took over as Chief Executive Officer of PORR AG in September 2010.

Klemens Eiter graduated in business informatics from the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has worked in auditing and tax consulting since 1996. Since 2009, Klemens Eiter has been Managing Partner of BDO Austria GmbH. He has most recently headed the IFRS competence center and the sector hub of the construction industry. Klemens Eiter is a capital market expert with an extensive track record and is highly experienced in establishing and implementing of transformation programmes and business optimisation.

Born 1968, two daughters.

Dipl.-Ing. Claude-Patrick Jeutter began his professional career at Müller-Altvatter, now ZECH Hochbau AG. Since then, he has held management positions at various renowned construction companies and has many years of experience and in-depth expertise in building construction, civil engineering and tunnelling. From 2006 to 2019, Claude Jeutter worked for the Köster Group, first as Technical Managing Director of Baresel GmbH and from 2012 as Technical Director of Köster Holding SE. Since October 2019, Claude-Patrick Jeutter has been Technical Managing Director of PORR GmbH & Co. KGaA. On the Executive Board of PORR AG, he has been responsible for the operating segments Germany and Romania since 1 January 2024.

Born 1972, married, one daughter, one son.

Jürgen Raschendorfer studied civil engineering at the University of Wuppertal and graduated in 1999. He began his career at Ed. Züblin AG. Until 2020, he was responsible for the non-European international construction business within the STRABAG Group. As a member of the Executive Board and COO of PORR AG, Jürgen Raschendorfer is responsible for Poland, Norway, GCC, tunnelling and infrastructure.

The Executive Board is the management body for the PORR operating business. It bundles the operating competencies from the individual segments and selected shared services. With their expertise, the members of the Executive Board support our Group Executive Board for every decision with their specialist and detailed knowledge.
