Vienna, 15 November 2017 – PORR AG announces that Christian Benedict Maier has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of PORR AG, effective 31 December 2017. In the past six years Maier played a pivotal role in reshaping the Group and in future he will increase his focus on managing his private assets and expanding his investment companies. Karl-Heinz Strauss will take over his role on an interim basis.
